We ran the systems, not just the ads.
We have run the ads, the bookings, the inventory, and the reporting behind real local businesses on the Monterey Peninsula. This is who does that work, and how.

Who you'll work with
Jorge Garcia
Technical founder & revenue systems consultant
Jorge founded SkySpan after working across the bookings, inventory, sales and reporting of a real tour and rental operation with several locations. He saw where useful tools stopped connecting, and where people had to carry the work between them.
His work includes a custom register, a shared staff manifest and automations connecting booking, scheduling, payroll, follow-up and reporting. These are systems built around the people using them at the counter, on a shift and in the back office.
You work directly with Jorge on the diagnostic, the implementation and the handoff. He combines technical development with frontline operating experience, so the goal stays practical: a system your team understands and can run. Based on the Monterey Peninsula, he works in person or remotely along the California coast.
The agent ecosystem
People decide. Agents execute.
The same gap gets closed a second time, in software. A private ecosystem of AI agents, built in house, runs the work between the people: intake, research, build, verification, each agent owning a lane and handing finished work down the line.
None of it replaces judgment. People set scope and sign everything that ships. What the agents remove is the waiting between specialists, where most projects go to die.
Your data stays home
Client records live in systems you approve and we control. Agents come to the data. The data never leaves the house.
A fleet with lanes, not a gimmick
Intake, research, build, verification. Work moves between agents with the full picture kept in one place.
A person signs everything
Agents draft, reconcile, test, and flag. People decide what leaves the building. Judgment is the one thing we never automate.
Timelines that look unconventional
Specialists that never queue behind each other change what a week can hold. Scoped work starts the moment it is approved.
The difference
Four reasons clients stay.
No jargon, no black boxes. Just the things that make a consulting partner worth keeping.
By the numbers
Real numbers from real work.
We'd rather show you what we've actually done than make claims we can't back up.

Our story
Built by an operator, not an ad buyer.
SkySpan started on the Monterey Peninsula, running the actual systems behind a local business: the Google Ads, the bookings, the inventory, and the reporting that owners live and die by. We supported an e-bike rental and tour operation with several locations as annual revenue grew from $400k to $649k, and a redesign of their walk-in rental workflow now saves roughly $20k a year in operating cost.
That experience taught us where growth actually breaks. It is rarely the ad. It is the customer detail written down twice, the follow-up that slips a day, the report someone rebuilds by hand every Monday. So we work in that order. It is what we call The Flight Plan: diagnose the workflow, implement the systems, then scale acquisition once the team can respond.
That's the whole pitch. Fixed scopes, plain reporting, and a partner who has sat in your seat. If that sounds like what you've been missing, let's talk.
