How SkySpan works.
You are considering giving an outside consultant visibility into how your business runs. That deserves a plain answer about access, control, and ownership before any sales conversation. This page is that answer.
Operating principles
Defined controls, not sweeping guarantees.
We will not tell you an engagement is risk free. We will tell you exactly how the risk is contained.
Diagnostics begin with workflow conversations and limited, anonymized samples wherever possible. We ask for broader access only when the work requires it, and we say why.
We do not recommend replacing core systems unless the evidence shows that extending or connecting them is not viable. The least disruptive path that solves the problem wins.
Changes are documented, version controlled, tested against real cases, and introduced in defined stages. Your team knows what changed, when, and how to reach us about it.
Access, documentation, credentials, and operating procedures are structured for transferability. What we build for you belongs to you, and it is organized so another competent team could pick it up.
Sensitive information is minimized, redacted, or retained inside the approved environment according to the actual requirements of the engagement, not convenience.
A considered approach, at every step.
Access with a reason
The scope comes first. Access follows the work.
- Define the workflow
- Agree the access needed
- Work from limited samples
An agreed access scope
Broader access is requested only when the engagement requires it.
The engagement
From first call to running system.
A fit call comes first. After that the work runs on The Flight Plan: Diagnose the operation, implement the operating layer, then keep it running and growing.
- 01
Fit call
A 20-minute conversation to determine whether the problem is acquisition, workflow, systems, or a combination. If there is a credible fit, we define the diagnostic scope. If there is not, we say so.
- 02
Diagnostic
10 business days mapping how work actually moves through your business. You receive a written findings document and a clearly scoped implementation plan you can execute with us or without us.
- 03
Implementation
4 to 10 weeks, staged and tested. Repeated handling reduced, approved systems connected, follow-up made consistent, reporting simplified, team trained.
- 04
Acquisition
Once the operation can respond consistently, we scale qualified demand with managed search campaigns, conversion landing pages, and plain English monthly reporting.
Technical capabilities
The tools serve the work, not the pitch.
Implementations are built on established, widely supported platforms: workflow automation on n8n, application data on Supabase, hosting on Railway, and every change tracked in GitHub. Where your existing stack already covers a need, we use your stack.
Acquisition work runs on Google Ads with conversion tracking installed and verified before spend, measurement in GA4, and landing pages we build and host.
None of this is the reason to hire us. It is how the work gets done, documented, and handed over.
What we deliberately avoid
Commitments we will not make, on purpose.
No "zero risk" or "100% secure" claims. We describe controls and their limits instead.
Replacing a core system is a last resort that must earn its case in the diagnostic.
Every credential we hold maps to a documented need. When the need ends, so does the access.
If working with us ever stops making sense, everything is documented for whoever comes next.
Next step
Start with a 20-minute fit call.
We will determine whether the problem is acquisition, workflow, systems, or a combination of the three. If there is a credible fit, we define the diagnostic scope.
